Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

Return Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos to verify the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Information

Most orders are delivered within 6–13 business days within the United States. Delivery estimates may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, and peak seasons.
